'Morning Winter Sun'

It's been raining a lot over night, went out and photographed one our our small eucalypts which has self seeded over the last few years. The new growth at the top had the sun shining through it and the colours looked so vibrant.

D is off at a mates birthday party for the whole day, so miss B has us to herself, an unusual occurance. It's a much calmer place without the constant noise of a 7 yr old boy taking up all of our headspace and filling every last void of our serenity.

Another huge win to our Hawks last night over the bombers, a couple of more hurdles to get over and let the finals begin. Looking forward to getting 'Buddy' back hopefully next week against the Cats.
