Melting!

Busy day off, including my weigh-in (now 2st off!), a three hour work meeting, a nice haddock omelette and the school run. Epic dinner, some Netflix and early to bed, I think, now. Reading The Road to Character by David Brooks, which is excellent so far. Looking forward to it.
