Olympics Opening Ceremony

i was supposed to run my last 0-5k run tonight, but a hellonearth stitch got in the way and forced me to walk back for more than half of it, throwing me into fedupness territory for a bit.

snapped out of the grumps when the Olympics Opening Ceremony got underway though.
