Mmmmm break from normal week I said. Well we started with a 5k run this morning. Had breakfast. I then went in the pool to swim 2,000m. Did a spot of sunbathing. Walked three miles to this beautiful place...which I've blipped.... for lunch. Walked back along the sea front. My fitflops gave me a nasty blister and I have sand in it.
Back, showered and now drinking wine before we go to get some food.
Quite a normal day apart from the sun is shining and we are not looking at the clock. Plus I don't usually get blisters with sand in them either!
