Very disappointed to find that the swan family are not near their nest...in fact, two ducks were snoozing in the nest. I hope they have just moved back to their original site.

A grey day, and a bit chilly. No herons about either - a complete contrast with the last time I was here when it was full of life, a sad-looking monoculture today :(
