A breakfast blip today as I'm heading back to Edinburgh this afternoon.

I spoke too soon yesterday...woke with a bad throat again.  I'm hoping it'll disappear again tomorrow, and that it's just because I've been trying to complete lots of things this week before travelling.  I've packed some Beecham's powders just in case...
