A Walk to Sannick

A breezy day but warm and sunny all day :) 

I enjoyed a long sleep this morning but finally got up and going and headed out walkies with Sammy.  I met up with friend Julie, and we went for a run in the car and I took her for a hike through the hills.  It's been a fairly quiet evening, been out with Sammy again but going to stay close by the telly. 

Me and Julie went for a good hike through the hills.  We left from Sweening and headed to the hidden bay of Sandwick.  A lovely day for a hike and more so reaching such a beautiful spot.  This old house was abandoned in the early 1980s, due to poor access for the elderly Morrison siblings.  Would make a fantastic site for a getaway house for long weekends and summer nights :)  More wishful thinking :)  Must be one of the most lonely places in Shetland :)
