I spotted this group of young men in Blackburn town centre this afternoon, all on their phones and in complete oblivion to anything going on around them including the woman taking their photo from the car park steps!.

We called in to take Mum some more shopping, she's able to do more each day and is keen to get the plaster off. Only another 3 weeks and then possibly she will.

In other news my Dad (we are on speaking terms again now after I rang to thank him for my birthday present last weekend) has another dvt and is back on warfarin. He's being referred to a vascular surgeon to find out why he keeps getting clots.
