Day at Sea #3

Our third and final day at sea. This morning we had our exclusive "Officers' Brunch" for loyal guests - they open one of the speciality restaurants and put on a fabulous spread for lunch served by the senior officers. The captain comes around and has a chat with everyone and he is really nice - this is the fourth time we have sailed with Captain Carl and he is fantastic and has loads of interesting stories to tell.
Another place to sit and chat to fellow guests is the mosaic café, which is in the centre of the ship and is normally quite busy. This was very early in the morning before it filled up. The coffee bar at the back is one of the busiest on the ship apparently....
They used to have the quizzes in this area, but soon gave up on it as there was never anywhere to sit!!
Today we were triumphant in the trivia quiz - and it was all about board games.....I wonder why we won????
And we also had a successful night in the casino - my husband likes to play poker and blackjack, and tonight he managed to win enough that we are breaking even over the whole cruise - great result!!
