Park Run

A lovely start to the day with a 5k Park Run in Staunton Park at 0900. I met lots of very nice people there and spent a lot of time chatting with the other runners before and after the race. Next week is the 250th race in Staunton Park so runners are encouraged to dress as pirates. Lucky I packed my Jack Sparrow costume when I left Japan.
