A Jubilant Singers Christmas

Tonight was our first Jubilant Singers Christmas concert - at our church - we do the same concert again tomorrow at another church. The first half of the concert was basically Christian music, and the second half more secular Christmas music. I think we were all pretty pleased with how it went.

Today was a lovely winter day - cold but sunny. However, I didnt find time to get out for a walk. This morning I was out doing more Christmas shopping. Our church supports 100 needy families over the Christmas period, providing them with food, and buying clothes for the children, plus a game or toy or something else they want. I had picked up a couple of tags - one for a boy and one for a girl, and I suddenly realized yesterday they were supposed to be in this Sunday. This afternoon I was writing Christmas cards, then a friend called, whom I hadnt spoken to in a while, and then it was time to get dinner, so I could be at church for 6.30.
