Home!!! We're finally home :D

Last night I slept in a hotel nearer the horse piddle Gorgeous was staying in. It was an early start, setting off on foot at 5.45am to make the hour walk to collect PW and catch the hospital transport at 7am taking us to the airport. It was the nearest hotel that had vacancies and it was a nice walk, mostly on a dirt track with mature beech woodland and streams.

So nice to finally be home - We walked at Warebeth, caught up with Mumpy & Pawpee and then dropped in to see EJ. Out in her back garden was Brody (an orphan calf) and a handful of caddy lambs, all dozing in a big pile - See extra. After rubbing and scratching Brody all over (she didn't move an inch) I joined them in their big pile and she rested her head on my chest, enjoying a chin rub - Another extra, courtesy of PW.

Think I needed an animal fix after being in the big bad city for a few days!!
