Mirror shot

Left work "early" today, as I was taking the boys to karate tonight. Both had asked their Granny to not go, as Young L had been sick last week, and Mr H figured he might be getting sick. Granny lacked sympathy and I took them to New Lynn to the training session. Told them while we on the way that I would tell Kancho that there had been a lot of sickness, and they would be able to stop and sit with me if they couldn't manage. 

This is Mr H demonstrating a lovely style. When I left (their mother had arrived) both were fully engaged and showing no signs of weakness. I've since learned that they both completed the whole hour, and later this evening I learned that they really enjoyed it.
