Hold on to your hats . . .

. . . Please, folks, and let me regale you with an account of my exciting day out yesterday, but first my thanks for all your comments to which I am late responding, having crawled under the duvet when I got home, physically tired but mentally refreshed, and slept soundly all night, thanks to a neighbour who kindly escorted me on the bus to Ipswich for a bite of lunch and a short stroll on the waterfront, where I was able to exercise my trigger finger.

The 'never-ending mural' on the quayside currently carries a month-long photographic exhibition PhotoEast designed in Suffolk but featuring the work of photographers world-wide.
