NewMarket - OldStory.  This Chilean Lantern tree has a long history which I won't go into right now.  But it's thriving thanks to AP's green fingers. 

Today I walked into town with Mowgli as a resident needing to get some jobs done, instead of as a 'tourist', as is usually the case.  It was a very successful visit for many reasons, not least the fact that I found one of Kinsale's best kept secrets - the best 99 around.  Don't tell anyone, but you can see for yourself in the extra photo. 

Did I mention that one shop even had a special dog tethering hook outside the door.
