Zzzzzzzz

The only thing missing from my day today to make me a 'full time athlete' according to my sports massage guy was a nap!  I might work on that tomorrow. 

A walk along the cliff at Garretstown today revealed the not so lovely side of the good weather, about 12 fire/BBQ burns on the grass along the cliff walk. 

What a perfect day though.
