The main picture is of a "Piece of Abstract Art" that is situated alongside the River Severn in Shrewsbury. It was erected in 2009 to commemorate the bi-centenary of the birth of Charles Darwin, who was born here.
The extra photo shows the West Mercia Search & Rescue Team practising their life saving skills in the river during yesterday's River Festival.
