Shrewsbury River Festival.

The first photo is of 5 canoes and their crews who are canoeing from the source of the River Severn at Blaenhafren in the Cambrian Mountains in Wales to Gloucester Docks, a total of 210 miles. The first additional photo is of the 5th 60th Historical Re-enactment Squad firing their rifles and muskets during a display in the Quarry Park. Finally, in Shrewsbury we have the Country's tallest Town Crier and there is a statue depicting him in action situated alongside the river.
