Day12: Lewes- Newhaven Dieppe - Forges les Eaux

We left so early that we couldn't say goodbye to Rachel and Becky but we are very grateful for their hospitality and warm welcome. The short cycle to Newhaven was perfect, warm and sunny but not too hot and fast! We got to the Ferry Port with time to spare and chatted to a group of cyclists going south too!
On Dieppe, the weather had changed an it was rather grey and misty. After a sandwich at market square, we soon joined the lovely Avenue Verte, which took us all the way to Forges les Eaux, passing the impressive Château de Mesnière-en-Bray from the XVth century.
