Pub toilet wisdom

This afternoon we returned to the pub we visited last night for a meal (The Cottage Inn, Llangwm), this time for a few games of pool. This simple, yet wise message greets you in one of the two toilet cubicles. I'm going to try to remember it, especially the second bit.
