How do Howden?

Been an active week this week - been running and biking every day.  It's not all been solo (as is my preference), but been out with the Jnrs a lot.  I took Jnr Jnr around Derwent and Howden the other day whilst Mrs H, Tom and Jnr Snr went for some more wild swimming (nutters), but Jnr Snr wanted to do the ride too - so we went this evening.  A great way to spend Saturday night, had a top time and didn't get home till about 21:00

I rode round these reservoirs a lot when I lived in Sheffield, it is such a great 10 miles of trail: very gentle going, but nature-tastic.  It's where the Dambusters trained before the real raids, so has some history too. 

After I took Jnr Jnr round the other day in about an 1hr40m I did a following 'hot lap' without her and did it in 45m.  I was chuffed when I uploaded it to Strava when I saw I was the 14th fastest this year - not bad for me :)
