My 'natural' sleeping tablet......................

Yes, counting sheep, but difficult to do when it gets dark, especially as all the street lights in the village go out at 9pm!  Todays blip is taken from our village, with the village church in the background. The weather is still very overcast, but the rain has eased off a little today. However, still no sign of any sunshine and it is not very warm either. I spent the beginning of the afternoon with the physio once again, and on that subject, I'll pass no further comment! After that, we went to the hypermarket to stock up on a few items for the weekend. All in all, not a very exciting day, and the weekend doesn't look like being very much different either. I hope you are enjoying some better weather and I wish you all a very nice weekend, whatever you decide to get up to, and I thank you once again for your following, it's really appreciated.
