Drumkinnon Tower - 'side' view

Part of the Loch Lomond Shores leisure complex, Drumkinnon Tower was built in 2002 and since 2006 it has housed the Sea Life Loch Lomond Aquarium.
It's designed to echo aspects of a medieval castle (a circular one - so quite uncommon in Scotland!). There are fabulous views over the loch from the viewing gallery at the top.
