Brain rest

Rested my brain and got my body in gear today. And on a perfectly sunny day.

Long slow run this morning, washing a couple of cars this afternoon and then an evening walk with Moss dog. Lovely. I wore shorts for the duration which was, obviously, the icing on the cake.

Yummy BBQ at Groove Cottage this afternoon. Bribed the rents with sausages and then proceeded to ask about a hundred favours. I'm sure they love it when we come to visit.
