Waiting patiently!

This young Working Cocker Spaniel belongs to one of my golfing pals and there is nothing she likes better than to dash around the parts of the course where it is safe to let her run - ears flapping she bounds into the rough and sometimes tries to catch the rooks.

It is fascinating to see how well she is responding to the various whistle commands she is being taught.

Here she is waiting for her master to drive off at the 1st tee.
