It's an Honor

One of Brody's best friends had the honor of raising our flag at the Memorial Day Service in our local cemetery.   It was a beautiful day, and we were so happy to see many, many people come out to honor our servicemen and women.

We watched the parade beforehand from the terrace of our local "cafe"...after a delicious breakfast with our daughter and family.  It made me realize how very much I love living in a small town.

My extra is my favorite person waiting for breakfast on the patio.
