The Freehive Hut
The B&B is on the Dingle Peninsula in County Kerry so we drove out there today. It was hot and sunny and the opposite of the rain and fog on my last visit.
The scenery was beautiful but it was packed with tourists - cars and people everywhere unlike the rest of our holiday.
This is an ancient beehive hut on the roadside next to a derelict barn. We called it the Freehive Hut as there was no charge for seeing it unlike the others.
The extra is of the very crowded Connor Pass where the car park was packed. The ice-cream van was doing a roaring trade. I don't speak Gaelic so was intrigued by the wording on the back of the van.
