Another B for Bosnia-Herzegovina. Three of us went on a roadtrip from Belgrade to Sarajevo, which was extremely memorable. The word Bosnia doesn't usually have positive associations, at least in the UK, following all the coverage during the Balkan Wars. The issues that led to war - religious disharmony and territorial claims - could still be bubbling away under the surface but definitely in Sarajevo there is a huge pride about the city and its future. And the country's natural beauty is staggering.
