Harrop Tarn

We decided to park in a different car park to usual but found it closed so had to go back to the first. The good news is that the pay machine had a cover over it. I like free parking :)

Then we chose to do our usual route the other way round and part way along to follow a ‘bridleway’ we hadn’t walked before. No way was it suitable for anyone other than walkers and I would like to see the horse that could jump the ladder stile near the top.

Saw a deer in the open area by the tarn but it was rather small on the photo. Got a better view later through the bushes.
