Reflections

For 95% of the day I have been very jolly. A splendid two bridges Albi walk first thing was a really quite splendid way to spend the day. Then Carl and I headed to our information and injection training session at GOSH. It was fascinating and really helpful. Back for a chat with J in the sun.

And then some other after school stuff but it all seems to have fallen out of my head as my optimism appears to be alluding me and I am having a little wobble of worry. It didn't come from nowhere - J had a pretty bad couple of hours - but we know it's not linear, and it's going to take time. So on reflection (nice, huh?) I'll ride it out and tomorrow will be optimistic again.
