A Sunny Afternoon!

My friend from NZ and I went to Lytes Cary this afternoon, a small NT property not far away. I have, of course, been there several times but it is years since I went round the house!
We strolled around the gardens in the sunshine, and then enjoyed a cup of tea in the pretty courtyard - and NO CAKE! A lot of catching up chat went on though!
