What shall we tell her?
Peri took Albi to the park. Albi found a puddle. And lay down. And looked thoroughly delighted with herself.
The spectacle of watching him chase her around the garden with a watering can was worth all the stinky dog smell.
[TV interlude...have just learned a new expression from Going Forward - resting bitch face - people with a natural facial expression that unintentionally looks mean or angry. I really hope I see some tomorrow]
Happy to report that I outsmarted the streaming hay fever yesterday by pretending it was a cold and taking Night Nurse. Did the trick and I woke completely dried up and all set for my early morning webinar. And neither the fake cold or the mysterious one day hay fever have returned. Lawd knows what random tree I walked past yesterday.
What else? The start of admin season as my work lull allows me to catch up on all the things I have been neglecting for approximately who knows how long. Joyously accompanied by catching up on some Afternoon Plays.
And negotiated trying out a slightly different timing regime for J's medications with his lovely nurse. It is so great to have a team we can call for support. So about to start the new regime where we wake him at night for his last dose. The upside being he gets to sleep for longer in the morning. The other nice thing about Peri being around today was that he thought he could see a difference in J which is a great perspective to get as it is a bit hard for us to see being with him every day. So Peri is going to be our barometer.
