May Meadow

A day taking it easy. A trip to the allotment this afternoon to check on the peas and beans. They are growing well but my squash seedlings are being eaten by slugs. I may need to grow these and my salad plants on my patio at home where I can keep a closer eye on them. This is the view of the allotment next to mine. The grasses and vetch are taking over - a beautiful hay meadow.
