Bieldside

Dinner at the Bieldside Inn at Bieldside this evening. Weather has been changeable during the day, but this evening when I arrived in Bieldside the sun was shining and the sky was clear. Inside the bar instead it was quite dark. However once presented with a plate of smoked trout followed by a main course of pork belly with noodles I had forgotten about the sunshine outside.

The church is across the road from the Bieldside Inn, so conveniently situated to care for the spiritual needs of the soul before looking after the more worldly needs of the body.

I had a longish wait for a taxi after dinner when it was time to return to the city.
