Moorhen

You got this guy because I liked the head shape and the red beak. The heron and egret are in the extras. I took these at Oare Marshes and the sun was cracking the flags. Not very much later I had to shelter in the car as torrential rain hit. Plenty of other birds around including an avocet and lots of baby goslings and cygnets. I had such a lovely day off that I might have another day off tomorrow!
