Tennessee afternoon

I had the best day. I started the day at Fort Donelson, sight of an important civil war southern loss, where I had the grand opportunity to view a baby Eagle in his nest with his mom watching guard from a nearby branch. Next I paid my respects at the adjacent military national cemetery then on to the local Eaglefest. After walking along the banks of the Cumberland River, I drove through the Land Between the Lakes state park where I had a great time watching a herd of Buffalo with their adorable babies. Obviously, it was almost impossible to choose a "best" photo. I will definitely visit again.
