Baby Longhorn

My mom and I drove to Paducah today to visit the National Quilt Museum; she had never been and I wanted to see the current exhibit of quilts produced by Japanese award winners. They sure were something to see! Anyway, the gps took us a crazy way, along the Kentucky byways. You know I slammed on the brakes when we came to this field, full of magnificent Longhorns and this adorable baby. He dropped everything when we stopped and watched us with open curiosity. I'm partial to black animals to begin with but, man, this one takes the cake.
