Otto on Finnsnes harbour side

The statue said he was Otto, a visionary. But wikipedia tells me he is Ottar far Halogoland, or Ohthere. A Viking seafarer. 

Taken just as we were leaving Finnsnes. We only had a 30 minute stop so it was a quick dash out onto dry land to try and avoid sea legs..... Best view of the statue was from the water.
