Big rock

Managed to fit in a visit to the museum in Chambers Street amongst dashing between relatives and heading for Cornwall.

Given my recent immersion in the world of museums and geology I had to check out the competition in the rock room. I came out feeling that our island's wee museum stacked up pretty well against the big boys.

I was very tempted to try to smuggle out this big geode though.
