Garlic jungle

It was hot, hot, hot in the garden today.

We had lunch outside and then I had to retreat under a brolly for shade. My celtic genes have not equipped me with skin that's made for toasting.

Sunblock and hats were applied and the boys did some gardening for me. Whilst I hid indoors and got on with work.

They were rewarded with ice cream. So was I.

Meanwhile, the garlic grows quietly on.
