A wet morning so I stayed in, did some housework and made soup.  Today's 'blend' was leek and sweet potato ........ I just use whatever surplus veg there happens to be. Very tasty and I'd certainly make it again. 

As forecast it dried up late morning so I hoped it would be busy at Waterhead in the afternoon. Not as many people as I expected but plenty of ducks to photograph. Some were splashing so much I could hardly see the duck for water.

Sorry about comments being off for a few days. it makes me feel less guilty when I don't write comments.
