British legion standard bearers

Today i attended the funeral of a very special man. PC logsdon was the schools police liaison officer in the 80s/90s when I was teaching in primary schools. I have wonderful memories of this great British gentleman who taught the children so much about the dangers they encounter. He shall be so missed. It was an honour to be present at his funeral and the two British Legion standard bearers played the Last Post as his coffin was brought into the church. It was a very emotional occasion.
