Barrow Bard

By BarrowBard

Sun shadow and silent petals

Now it's confetti time.
The bride shakes
Her shoulders, brushes her veil
And from her branches
Fall the silent petals,
Full of light and colour
Till the shadow of the next shower
Dulls them and they fade.
The wind blows. She shrugs.
Enjoy while you can.
