Tiny Tuesday: Daisy

I noticed this morning that whilst most of the daisies in the grass verge along our lane are pure white, there is one clump that has a distinctive pink tinge to the ends and reverse side of the petals making them stand out from all the others. These are two of them taken for the Tiny Tuesday challenge being hosted this week by Beckett.

In other news, I noticed today that a holly bush which has been in the garden since we moved into the house over 20 years ago and which has done absolutely nothing but grow leaves in that time, is now completely covered in blossom which presumably will become berries. Strange behaviour; I wonder what has made it suddenly change?
