Seeds again I'm afraid.

From this seed pod the size of a large walnut come these little triangular seeds. They all pack in tightly side by side like records in a rack. When I split the nut open they started to spill out. Such a neat way to pack your seeds away and then when the nut splits out they come. I would imagine they would fly well in the wind.

Addendum thanks to Snowy. The seeds are from the Himalayan Lily Cardiocrinum giganteum. There is a big collection of them at Mt Peel Station. I have now remembered I picked this up when visiting a local garden which features many unusual plants.
