Fluff on the water

The water of King's Mere (Wimbledon Common) was covered in fluff this afternoon. In amongst it were a family of Canada Geese complete with six yellow bundles of fluff.

They seemed to be completely unconcerned about the occasional green mouth that would surface from the deeps to slurp flies off the surface. The Carp in this lake are almost the size of an adult Canada Goose.
