A walk to the shops via the park late morning  -  we needed more milk and I needed extra exercise. The rest of the day has been spent in the house and garden.  

These cornflowers are just outside the back door and when I spotted a bee buzzing round them I got the camera. That bee went and another came but the best focussed photo happened to be this one with the ant. 

For those who read yesterday's blip the latest news is that I'm not buying a coloured freezer ....... they're manual defrost.
