Wish you had a bite?

Friends came to dinner tonight and brought this ice cream cake. Crust is crushed oreos. Ice cream sandwiches are cut in fourths and stood on their sides in a circle. Soften three flavors of ice cream and spread a layer of one on the bottom inside the circle. Freeze. Repeat with the other two flavors. When it's all frozen spread a thin layer of fudge sauce on top.
