The complaining was worth it!

After god nows how many emails, phone calls and visits the windows on the back of the house are sorted. Jon who did the original survey came out and sorted it himself. I don't think he fits windows anymore but he has done a brilliant job, removing all the foam and wood previously used and bricking them in properly. He also replaced the scratched sill and cleaned the windows removing all the expanding foam. I'm finally happy and glad I didn't back down.
Been to the Plough for dinner tonight and just about to watch a bit of TV with a cuppa and box of matchmakers.
Friday the 13 wasn't that bad!
