Erm.....yeah...

Once a day I see something odd go over Stelvio, maybe it's a unicycle, a tractor, a tandem. But never thought i'd see some guy riding down Stelvio (totally without anyone else) in his electric wheel chair.

This wasn't a charity thing, there were no balloons, the rider wasn't a cheery sort, no slogans. Just an old man wrapped in an old grey blanket carefully negotiating his way down Stelvio.

I would hate to know what state the brakes would have been in at the bottom - because I'm sure as hell sure the manufacturers never thought it would be ridden down a mountain! Which begs the other question - was he lost? Is a hotel at the top today missing an OAP?
